Ticked... read more all the boxes for us. The decor looked a little tired and table space is somewhat limited but overall a decent place to eat.

6 September 2023Ordered a delivery from here and was told 45 minutes wait (not a problem). Nice to say it arrived after 35 minutes and was delivered by a pleasant guy.
Meal... read more itself was nice and hot and the chicken biriani was very tasty with a lovely chilli kick.

Have previously enjoyed nice meals in the restaurant, however their behaviour for a takeaway was incredibly unprofessional. I accept all restaurants are under pressure currently but found this inexcusable.

Ordered a meal for large family using the JustEat app. After the confirming the order, we received a phonecall from the restaurant's owner informing us that they had no lamb in stock except for "Lamb Tikka pieces" and whether we were happy to accept this instead or whether we wanted to cancel the order. We said would rather cancel the order as our kids weren't going to enjoy the lamb tikka. The owner told us we would have to cancel the order using the App but to call back if there were any problems.
When trying to cancel the order on JustEat, the app automated it would charge us half the order price (£35). When calling the restaurant back, the person there said they didn't know how to use Just Eat and gave us their boss's number. On calling their boss back, they repeatedly hung up. On calling Just Eat, they eventually got the restaurant to cancel the order and refund us half the charge.
I have no problem that they had no ingredients, but by refusing to then answer the phone, the owner left us with a £35 charge after we cancelled the order using the app and wasted 45min of my time on the phone to JustEat (who were themselves incredibly unhelpful). I was disappointed by this.khilari
29 March 2020Had early evening dinner here with some friends. Decent service and a nice setting. Reasonably busy for a Saturday evening too. The problem is the food. It was simply bland,... read more bordering on poor. We had a mix of veggie and chicken dishes most of which looked as though they has been pre-prepared and then warmed up. My chicken madras tasted more sweet and sour than curry. Overall really disappointing food. If you want a decent curry I would look for other options in and around Wimbledon.

6 March 2022We ordered via Justeat and was advised of a 35 minute delivery. When it didn’t arrive after 60 minutes I rang the restaurant to check it had been processed and... read more was told it was out for delivery. I rang again 25 minutes later as we hadn’t received the delivery and I was told they only had one Justeat delivery driver so was carrying out multiple deliveries. When I said it was likely to be cold, I was told I should use a microwave to heat it up which was followed up with ‘sorry we are busy, goodbye’. My order arrived 15 minutes later and was of course cold. I found it very amusing especially as a meal for two cost me £43. Another curry house I know not to visit or order from again. On a positive note, the food (although reheated) wasn’t too bad.
